STUDIO POLICIES
Waitlist Policy
You may sign up for the waitlist for any class. If someone drops out of the class, you will be notified if you have been added to the class. If you can not make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Once you are added to the class, you are held to the same cancelation policy as everyone else in the class.
Cancelation Policy
If for any reason you cannot make it to class, you must cancel 12 hours before the start of class to receive a full refund. After that, you will be charged for the class. Any students on a monthly membership who Late Cancel will be charged $15 per class. All workshops are non-refundable. Private lessons need to be canceled 24 hours in advance.
Late Policy
Any student who is more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed into class. The warmup is critical for your safety and missing that puts you at risk for injury. This means you are dressed and on the floor of studio participating in class within 5 minutes of the start time, not walking in the door. Please arrive eaarly to get situated, changed, etc.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for monthly memberships or packages. Full refunds will be issued for parties canceled up to 14 days in advance. Up to 72 hours in advance, we will not refund the deposit but will refund the remaining portion of the balance. After 72 hours, no refunds are issued for parties.
Photography/Filming:
We allow photography in the studio if the photo/video only contains yourself or if you have the permission of other students. We do not allow fimling of the entire class.
Attire
Please wear something athletic. In Intro to pole, an athletic shirt and yoga pants or shorts is perfectly fine. From Pole 1 on, you will need to wear fitted shorts and sports bra (you can wear a shirt over it, especially for warm up) to have the skin to grip the pole. However, in aerial, leggings and a tank top or shirt is preferred to prevent burns from the silks and lyra. Jewelry is not allowed. Clothing must cover all intimate parts.
Age
All our classes are 18+. In the future, we may offer youth/teen classes, but for right now we are only offering classes for adults. We can offer private lessons for youth.
Food Beverage
Only water is allowed in the studio. Any other food or beveraged must remain in a sealed container with your belongings.
Alchohol/drugs
Absolutely no alchohol or drugs are allowed on the premises nor can they be consumed prior to class. Any students who show up to class under the influence will be sent home and no refund will be issued. You must notify yourt instructor of any medications prescribed by a doctor that may effect you physically and you need to provide a doctors note clearing you to be in class.
Conduct
All particpants will be required to respect all other partipants. We are fostering a supportive, fun atmosphere. No bullying or disrespect will be tolerated.
No texting/phone calls while in class. For your safety, all your attention needs to be on the instructor.
